We specialize in premium custom diamond Jewellery and all types of hip-hop Jewellery, including but not limited to custom pendants, iced-out chains, bracelets, rings, and grillz.

• Product Variations: Due to the handcrafted nature of our pieces, total carat weight, metal weight, and stone count may vary slightly from the initial CAD design or estimated quote.
• Materials: We guarantee the authenticity of our diamonds, gemstones, and precious metals as described in your final invoice and appraisal documents.
• We reserve the right to discontinue any product or reject any custom design request at our sole discretion.

3. Pricing and Payment

Our pricing reflects the premium quality, certified diamonds, and intricate craftsmanship of our pieces.

• Prices for custom hip-hop and diamond Jewellery are subject to change based on the daily fluctuating market prices of gold and diamonds.
• Your price is only locked in once your non-refundable deposit is fully cleared and processed.

4. Custom Orders, Grillz & Bespoke Items

We pride ourselves on creating unique, custom-made hip-hop Jewellery tailored to your exact vision.

• Non-Refundable: All custom orders, including name pendants, iced-out chains, and custom-fitted grillz, are 100% non-refundable and non-exchangeable once production has commenced.
• Grillz & Molds: For custom grillz, the customer is fully responsible for providing an accurate dental mold. We are not liable for ill-fitting grillz resulting from an improperly taken mold provided by the customer.
• Revisions: Any changes requested after the CAD (Computer-Aided Design) model has been approved by you will incur additional revision and labor fees.

5. Intellectual Property

The website and its original content, features, designs, and functionality are owned by Alphaved and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. Unauthorised use or reproduction of any designs or content is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no case shall our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers, or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.
